Human Resources Manager Resident

    Job Summary

    This position is responsible for Human Resources and recruitment by developing cost effective strategies to building a diverse pipeline of top candidates. Provide administration and coordination for all Human resources activities and conduct new hire orientation and training.

    Full cycle recruitment of full-time, part-time and contract employees including developing job postings/ads, sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and reference checking.

    Develop cost-effective and creative sourcing strategies to continually build a diverse pipeline of top candidates.

    Stay current with industry and staffing trends and compensation data.

    Manage the employee benefits program

    Be able to investigate disciplinary issues, complaints, and discipline if needed

    Coordinate employee reviews and appraisals process

    Proactively source passive candidates through a variety of channels including social media.

    Develop and maintain a strong relationship with all candidates to keep them engaged through the hiring process.

    Build strong relationships with key managers to partner on recruitment initiatives and provide with high quality candidates to help drive business results.

    Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders including a high level of communication on the process and status of open positions.

    Continually build brand awareness in the market by holding and attending career fairs.

    Develop and nurture relationships with Community Colleges as a recruitment avenue.

    Provide administration and coordination for all recruitment activities

    Conduct new hire orientation & training

    Ensure all employee files are up to date – including updating active and inactive employees

    Work in compliance with Executek’s policies and procedures

    Participate in all required training and certification programs

    Comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Insurance Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act and Accessibility with Ontarians with Disabilities Act

    Other reasonable duties may be assigned to meet the needs of the business

    Qualifications:

 

     human resources experience require.

    Previous experience in the security field would be an asset.

    Self-starter, with strong initiative

 

    Working and Environmental Conditions

    Ability to work in a seated position for extended periods

    Ability to stand and participate in job fairs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

 

Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
