We are seeking a Web Designer & Developer to join our team! You will develop and implement unique web-based applications in an environment where you will be gaining new skills on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

 

    Create websites and design in CSS for new web platforms and applications using WordPress, Plug-ins, Themes, builders, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

    Web and touch applications design, create and modify websites.

    Ensure responsiveness of systems along the most frequent screen resolutions.

    UI/UX design knowledge (asset).

    Design, develop, create, modify and maintain the back-end, front-end and content of new and current websites and applications.

    Convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats

    Analyze user needs to implement web site content, graphics, performance, and capacity

    Integrate web sites with other computer applications

    Keep up-to-date on web developments and trends.

    Photo editing, video editing.

    Create graphic design for web, touch applications, digital, print and social media posts.

    Social media posts and content creation.

    Updating and/or troubleshooting different digital signage software internally and for our clients.

    Helping our team and clients with any design-related tasks and projects.

 

Qualifications:

 

    Previous experience in web development or other related fields.

    Strong skills in HTML, CSS, Javascript

    Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

    Strong attention to detail

    Well organized and goal-focused

    Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere and InDesign) and Microsoft Office programs.

    Strong understanding of web design processes and best practices, including but not limited to image optimization, SEO, responsive design, HTML/CSS.

    Strong skills in WordPress, plugins and themes implementation and maintenance.

    Ability to conceptualize an idea and convert it into a compelling and strategically aligned design.

    A keen eye for detail and the ability to accept and apply feedback.

    Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills both oral and written.
